Every changemaker needs an info agent to harvest their story and add it to the information commons. There are two main challenges in harvesting information

• one is the Tech - the Tools for talking - and we reduce that challenge if initially we work with changemakers who are in the UK.
• The other is culture gap - and again we reduce that challenge initially if we work with changemakers who know UK culture as well as African culture - which is important because the Info commons is for a "Western audience" as well as an African one - because it is the Western audience who are our first target to give us money. Later elites in the African countries may also give money but that is an even harder new connection for us to make.
