We need a critical mass to attract donors - and so we need "low hanging fruit" at first to get that critical mass.

We have people like Graham and Marcus who need a different name than "changemaker" because they are not part of a local community, but they have expertise that they offer and they are "blocked" in their ability fo share their expertise because the "Dadamac communication channel" is not sufficiently "wide" or "developed" for them to use it. There is an intersting difference between Graham and Marcus, because Graham (as far as I know) does not want to go to Africa but Marcus enjoys going. If the "Dadamac communication channel" was sufficiently wide open it would not just send information back and forth, it would also send "expertise on legs"

The wiki is to help us move forward through 2015 following what was the working title for the envent - #dadamac 2015 - Connect Communicat Collaborate.

We combine my "too deep" knowledge and experience - that I find hard to express with you clarity of thought and structuring and we make it visible gradually on the wiki as a resource that would be useful to others it is a combination of macro :: the big vision and illustration of why that is possible and realistic - based on the "prototyping" Dadamac has done already - especially with John Dada. and then a breaking down into "pieces" and how they need to be assembled for any sepcific initiative and what roles people can play and how we do the dance between F2F and online - which of course draws on much of the work of MS
